Process Overview

At Help With Love we are eager to hear your story and connect you with the resources which will best satisfy your immediate, as well as long-term needs. As our neighbor in need, when you call our Helpline, a caring Helpline Advisor will answer the phone and listen to your story.  While we have some immediate resources available to meet your needs, our primary function is to be a referral agency, advising you on what resources are available to meet your need and providing you with the information needed to connect with those resources. Essentially, we are not an emergency response ministry nor do we have immediate cash on hand.  Help With Love’s goal is to return your call within 72 hours. We then provide you with a service plan which outlines what resources will help meet your needs and how to contact the organizations providing those resources. When available, a local church will come alongside you to help you receive the necessary resources. Our participating churches are familiar with the resources available in your area and desires to offer friendship and support to you as they help you obtain those resources.
